Notes:
I. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of ½ of project price is due at signing to secure date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to main event.
II. The digital proofs on CD included in photo packages contain 4x6 resolution files and rights to print an unlimited amount of 4x6 proofs; all other enlargements rights are reserved.
III. Album credits may only be used for albums, and have no cash value; credits expire in one year.
IV. All photo shoots come with Standard Artistic Edits which include basic retouch and several different effects i.e. black and white, sepia, high contrast, diffuse glow, vignette, etc.
V. Master Artistic Edits are major Photoshop edits like, swapping heads, skin smoothing, extensive background cleaning, body contouring, etc. This service has no cash value when included in the various packages and sittings.
VI. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after wedding for Standard Artistic Photo Edits.
VII. Additional reception coverage required by client, beyond time included in package price, is billed at $60 per hour ($1 per minute overtime), per artist.
VIII. Travel from Bountiful to Nephi is free; over 50 miles is $25 per 100 miles. Out of state travel: must book both photo and video services, add $200 to total price, plus travel and lodging must be paid for.
